Weaning at 12 months

My baby is just about 11 months, my plan as been to wean bottles (EFF), offering 3 meals plus snacks. I’ve always given bottle before meals but trying to switch that up and offer more snacks. To be frank it’s not going very well, some meals she does not want to eat food and will cry/freak out until she gets a bottle.

She’s always been a good eater/not picky but it seems like eating is getting more challenging at 11 months.

Wondering if I’m doing something wrong or any tips to wean by 12 months?
