What parts of Vegas have the most private backyard space?

Seems like the majority of homes for sale, even some higher end listings, all share this gigantic pet peeve of mine which is how visible your neighbors’ backyard space is due to the tiny fencewalls; hell, some are so bad that stepping on a little stool could give view to the entire streets’ backyards.

People familiar with home developments, anywhere I should look in particular? I’m going to be completely honest when I say this is one major thing hindering me from pulling the trigger. I already live somewhere that’s like this and I didn’t realize how bothersome it really was to me till recently.
