Does a supplemental claim within 1 year overwrite an intent to file?

I'm filing for an increase for PTSD using a supplemental claim on my disability decided 10 months ago.

I had an intent to file made 2 months ago. Now that im filing my PTSD supplemental its telling me I already have an Itent to File which I dont want to use for this supplemental claim.
