GSPro if you're not doing courses

Sim / Launch Monitor

TLDR: Is GSPro worth it if you're primarily doing ranges.

I'm recently entering the golf world, and with it the sim world. I have a setup in my garage with a net on wires that I push against the wall when I want to park my car, a pad, and MLM2Pro. My main goal was just to get mechanically better and saving money and time from going to the driving range. Since getting it I'm seeing the possibility of playing sim courses as something that could be interesting. I don't know that I'll buy a screen as I don't think it'd work in my standup / teardown model I have with a projector, but maybe like mixed reality with a Quest or a monitor/TV...

Anyways... Right now I'm primarily just going into the range on the Rapsodo software and just hitting balls, getting familiar with grip effects, stance effects, etc etc. I played like two holes on the Rapsodo software of my local course and went right back to range. I can see the value of the courses, as I get better and I want to practice a local course or maybe virtually going elsewhere, however that's not what I'm primarily doing right now. Since GSpro doesn't have a trial I didn't want to pay $250 just to find out, but is there any reason to be using GSPro if I'm not specifically playing courses? If I want to do range or combine type stuff?
