Setup guidance for multiple monitors, PS5, PC, Macbook

Anyone have setup guidance they'd be willing to share?

I have: gaming PC, PS5, macbook air, 2 monitors (one is a 120hz @ 2k).

Need the gaming PC and macbook air (2025 M4 - which does support 3 displays) working on both monitors so I have 3 displays when using either of those options.

Also, want to PS5 setup to let me use 1 monitor and then either the gaming PC or Macbook on the other monitor.

I'd like to be able to easily switch between the 3 with buttons, but I'm willing to just use the HDMI button on the back of the monitor to switch if need be in certain situations (like the PS5).

I asked ChatGPT and it gave a crazy setup with 2 KVM switches, which seems excessive.
