[M4F] [M4GM/FF] A realistic, gritty yet very spicy isekai harem (Isekai entirely optional!) or something else entirely… [1x1] [Discord]

I wasn’t entirely sure where to put this but, along with the idea below, I am also super interested in a doing a modern fantasy roommate setting for this roleplay! I have one particular idea which is however entirely Interchangeable and not a requirement whatsoever!

Anyways! Do excuse the rather boring title but hey… It fits what I am looking for! Please read what comes after this small sample/intro! It’s a little more important than what is contained in the intro!

Up to the point where Jayden had fallen asleep, it had been a day like any other. Dull and boorish… The same old routine he had followed for what felt like an eternity. Get up, eat if there was time, go out on the fields and work until sunset. Then return home to a simple meal and early sleep. This monotonous cycle repeated itself day after day, year after year. There was no variation, no deviation from this grueling routine. He was trapped in a loop of laborious toil, forever chained to the land, a dying industry and profession that was so very far from what his heart desired.

For as long as he could remember, dreams had eluded him, his nights filled with fitful sleep and punctuated by sporadic bouts of restless slumber that often left him in a state where he wasn’t sure if he was awake or asleep. But tonight was different… Tonight, he dreamed… The young farmer's son, unused to the realm of dreams, mistook his current state for reality. As his physical form began to dissipate, he attributed it to a peculiar aspect of the dream world - failing to recognize its otherworldly nature. The events that unfolded thereafter only served to reinforce his misconception, each surreal occurrence feeling startlingly real.

If this what it felt like to dream, it sure as hell was irritating… Not being able to feel, to see or move was unnerving even if it wasn’t real. As his vision returned and a figure slowly came into view above his lying form, he tried to speak, to respond to her call of his name, but quickly found he was unable to, which only added to his irritation and the growing wish to just wake from whatever kind of strange dream this was.

Assuming the figure which, to his delight, turned out to be a beautiful woman that he couldn’t even imagine to be more beautiful in his wildest of fantasies, could see his expression (or he could even make an expression in this place in the first place), she would see him scowling at her despite her beauty, visually expressing he really wanted to wake up. If anything, that desire only became stronger as his body suddenly felt a weird falling sensation despite not really being sure if he even had a tangible physical form at this very moment due to lacking any kind of control over it… The only respite being that the angelic figure's voice brought a measure of comfort to the with it. Its soothing timbre stirring memories of loved ones past - his mother, an ex-girlfriend or even a long gone childhood crush.

‘Taking him from this world..’ Though Jayden wasn’t really the type to watch or read anime of any kind, his younger brother had done so frequently during the time he had still lived with his family and her words sure as hell reminded her exactly what he had often told him about. The concept of 'ordinary people' being transported to another world where they became heroes and fought against evil resonated with him - albeit with heavy skepticism. He scoffed internally at the absurdity of such a scenario actually happening yet still listened to what she had to say… Not like he had much of a choice anyways. ——————————

Apologies for this overly long intro! It’s entirely open to be changed too but I wanted to give you an idea of both my writing and a potential way for this to start!

Now that that is out of the way… Hello to the lovely person reading this! As you might have been able to tell from the title, I am looking for a harem in another world kind of scenario. Now I can already hear you lament about how it’s an overused setting and what not and, while I do fully agree with you, I still think it’s an incredibly fun base to go off of!

Before I jump into the potential plot (which is more than open to be changed and discussed since that is what i personally prefer anyways I will give a brief introduction of myself. My name is Simon, I am 25 yo roleplayer who has been roleplaying for about… 3-4 years by this point. I am around literate to novella level and very heavily prefer very long responses over shorter ones (If the scene requires it of course! Dynamic post length all the way) Over the years I have done everything from heavy nsfw to more sfw stories and sorta discovered that I liked stories with a good mix of both the most. (That’s it for now! Feel free to ask me anything in chat as I am an open book)

Coming up with something, with someone just is so much more fun to me but I know this sub requires a plot so… here we go :P

I am looking to start the story with my character being transported to another world, preferably a fantasy one, and start an adventure of some kind. Will he be evil? Kind? A hero? A villain? Who the fuck knows! I sure as hell don’t and that’s what makes it fun for me! I am pretty much happy to have this go into any direction from him ending up as the ruler of a kingdom to adventurer or anything In between. A start as a simple student? Soldier at the frontline? I am happy with it all!

At the same time I want this to be semi realistic … Like seriously… In what world does someone get ripped from their world and is just okay with it?!? Even if he ends up with a lot of gorgeous gals, there still gotta be some trauma or something akin to it.

I know this is not much of a “story” but what I am essentially trying to convey is that I am not particularly picky with where this story goes.

Now! As for you! You will be taking on the role of all the lovely woman he will be meeting on during this time. Whether they stick around or not is obviously also up for discussion! (I am more than happy to take some over as well! Same for other side characters/monsters and what not of course)

I adore ooc and love discussing, slandering and fawning over characters so if you are open to that, that would be even more perfect!
