3 months no contact

I’m 3 months out. I’ve worked out traveled and like tried to go on dates. I’m a 36 female.

I still feel like horrible. I checked my ig and I’m still blocked.. how do I get over this. I’m at a loss for words still. I don’t know if I’ll love again.
