Need urgent advice – My mom has ~₹70 lakh credit card debt, no means to pay now

Hi everyone, I’m posting here because our family is in a very difficult situation and I’m hoping someone can guide us.

Iam 21F .My mom has a debt of nearly ₹70 lakhs, which started building up around 2018. She started a business with 8 lakh loan but just after opening covid hit. She has been paying all the EMIs regularly until now, but at this point, we have no means to continue the payments.we have no properties and all of our gold is in banks.

She has consulted lawyers to explore liquidation or insolvency options, but they said it wouldn’t work since this debt is from credit cards.

We’re at a loss about what to do next. Has anyone faced a similar situation or knows of legal/financial ways to handle large unsecured debts in India? Any advice or leads would be deeply appreciated.
