Anyone left their fibroids in?

Hey all, I am not anti vax by ANY means but I was diagnosed with having fibroids after with heavy periods after the Covid boosters. It was confirmed by ultrasound and mri. My heavy periods stoped and I have had a normal period, minimal to no cramping, for the past 2 years ago. My gyn said that if my fibroids aren’t causing problems, I don’t have to do anything, and many women live with fibroids with no issues. This is why I monitored , and if I kept having heavy bleeding, I would get the surgery, but it never happened. So , I kept my fibroids. Also, how often should I get an mri to monitor ? Last mri was 2 years ago.
