Delhi wedding help – need budget stay for 30 rooms, own catering allowed

Hi folks, I am planning a wedding in Delhi and need a place to put up about 60-70 guests (so ~30 rooms) in February. Looking for something:

Budget: ₹1,500–₹2,000 per room/night

Okay with guest houses, dharamshalas, or budget hotels

Must allow us to bring our own halwai/catering to reduce costs

Don’t really need a hall, just decent stay arrangements
