My modded V1 switch wont charge in HOS after battery replacement

I have a V1 switch with modchip installed, and recently I've replaced the battery with new non-official one. Now my switch wont charge when booted into HOS: system monitor overlay shows battery power flow of 0 Watts. When my switch is turned off or in Hekate it charges just fine. By the way I'm using original charger.

Did anybody had similar issue, and if you had how did you solve it?
