Advice needed

Desperately trying to get into adjusting. Took the adjuster pro course and acquired my license, but have had no luck when it comes to landing a job. I was an auto tech for 10 years, and have plenty of management experience. Unfortunately, I do not have a college degree. What can I do to make myself more appealing to employers? Are there more certs/licenses I should acquire?
