Did Amayze dropped the ball after the Red Race?

His last post on social media was during Defqon.1. He didn't release any track after the Red Race EP. I felt he does have some talent as B-front himself noticed, but he think he just doesn't have the necessary ambition and hunger to become a Hardstyle producer.

I can understand that he said he was having trouble finding time from his full time job to work on music production, but then maybe he should not have been selected for the Red Race? It seems like Q-dance just threw a spot in the series for someone who doesn't even care for his career.

Red Race was a pretty cool concept and I hope they do it again next year, but Q-dance definitely need to better select the participants (this includes not picking artists who already had some popularity before like D-charged and Serzo)
