just got lucky i guess?

woke up at 6am for work, go turn on my pc to do shit before going out and its bluescreened after not loading windows, i do all the troubleshoot options and the only thing left to do was reset my pc with windows so i did and 50% of the way there it says it failed to do so, i turn off the pc and reboot it and its working completely fine now. What should i do now? is there a health checker i should use cause as far as im aware its completely healthy
