Kami website not loading on ipad

I use kami and canvas for school. When I press the 'launch external tool' on canvas to launch kami, the page shows up blank. When I try to use canvas on safari or google, I can get to the kami home page fine, but when I try to log in the page is blank. Pls help I have 2 overdue assignments due to not being able to use kami on my ipad. I tried everything but nothing is working. My google chrome and safari are all up to date.
