weird non blanching rashes, 21 female

I have gotten strange non blanching rashes that have spread very quickly, no other symptoms at all, feel well otherwise. The pharmacist thinks it may be allergies but i’m not sure i believe that based on the fact their non blanching, scared of meningitis. The rash is like small spots and then blobs of rash scattered everywhere apart from my face and neck and upper body.
