i found a bottle of wine behind my ex-alcoholic dads side table

basically i was getting a charger and i noticed a shiny thing behind his bed side table, i’ve always been looking out for alcohol since i don’t believe he actually quit. so i was curious and moved a few things out the way that was on it and there was a unopened bottle of wine. it was pretty dusty so it could have been there since before he gave up drink but i’m so worried he’s saving it for when he gets depressed etc. he asked for his charger back and he sounded weird like he knew i saw it, i tried to put the stuff that was on it back over it so it didn’t look like i had touched it but it was kinda hard to make it perfect. do i tell my mum or will this just cause issues?
