2025 body mounts on a 2018

I read on the 2025 that on thing that was done to reduce harshness when hitting bumps was to update body mounts. My wife is in the middle of multiple surgeries for medical treatments and has said she likes the ride except she feels like bumps are harsh, and painful while recovering. I do have CCD and asked the dealer to check it while I am having startup rattle fixed, so that may help. But it's obviously not just her that thinks this was a problem.

Body mounts aren't that complicated right? But I've never thought of it as something that would make that much difference. What are everyones thoughts on swapping the updated mounts to maybe reduce the harshness? Waste of time or worth looking into?
