Rampart Ridge backdoor access

I've heard how terrible the road is so I don't think my car can make it. I plan to bicycle up the road but in order to make it work:

• Are there pull outs on fr 4832 near where the Rampart Ridge road comes off to the left that I can park a car?
• Are there trees near the Rampart Ridge backdoor trailhead that are around 4-12 inches around that I could chain my bike to?
