Please stop throwing dog shit in my garbage can :(

The little baggie often sticks to the bottom of my can and the sanitation workers don't empty it. So every now and then I get to peel dog shit bags off the bottom of my garbage can. It sucks. Please stop.

If I can haul my own waste 10 miles out of the desert, then you can carry your dog's waste 5 minutes back to your house. Please and thank you.
