Do I have the possibility to sue my parents?

I'm going to try to shorten this as much as I can.

At 12 years old, I was raped by my step father. I don't remember if I wrote down everything in the police report or if i only said 'he touched me'.

Mother made me 'forgive him' and such. She didn't know of the rape only about some of the previous sexual assault (previous, as in before the rape).

I stayed silent because she said i would be separated from my siblings and i would be deported. I know this sounds stupid, but being deported is worse than staying with them.

From when i was 12 until i was 15, he continued to sexually assault me regularly. I did NOT collect any proof.

He used a fake name and ID after what happened when I was 12.

At 15, i called the cops. I only told them about him molesting me. Again, i was afraid about telling anyone about the rape. I thought my mother would help me, but she defended him and helped him get away. Again, i collected no evidence.

I am now 16. Due to arkansas law, and from what i understand, i could record a conversation without her consent. I have a 22 minute voice recording of her admitting everything.

My concerns are:

Is it possible to get much out of a lawsuit due to lack of evidence? Most evidence is just witnesses (mother v me). I want to sue for child neglect.

Could I sue once i am in college? I can't afford a lawyer, nor adopting my siblings plus I want to be a veterinarian.

Would i get deported or my sisters would? We are nearly a decade into the visa u process. Only my step father is fully immigrant. One of my sisters is born here, would she be put up for adoption in the US instead? We don't have family here in the states.

Will they even believe me? This is a big question I have, my biological father also sexually assaulted me and I went to court against him years ago. I'm thinking the court could use this against me since they could claim BS like 'i'm doing this for money' or something.
