Was Mythmaker Jhin ever on sale?

I know it's not a good skin, but I've been thinking recently that usually legendary skins go on sale 6 months after they release but I can't remember this one ever being discounted? Like, not only it's lower quality but there is also have no opportunity to buy it at lower price like any other legendary? That's kinda funny.
