Shadow ban for surge pay ??

I been noticing that even on the busiest day I take a surged block not even really that high paying but still surge. Then the next day after that it will only show me base pay kinda wierd. Anyone else experiencing this ? I used to be able to take surge pay at least 3 days straight I saw it on my wife's account that it was surged on hers but not mine just weird lol. I been flexing for 4 years so it's kinda lame if they started diing that
