Vegetarian food at the Fair?

Can anyone recommend some meatless food at the Fair? I have the alpha-gal thing where mammal meat is just not tolerated by my body anymore. I know there are basic things like fries, lemonade, ice cream etc but I want Fun Fair Food™️
