My son is sick in Ga,za. We have no medicine, no clean water, no hospital. Please don't look away.

My son, Abdulrahman beautiful angel child with down syndrome. He is just a child. A boy who should be playing, learning, laughing. But instead, he is sick. He is weak. And I am watching him suffer with no way to help.

We live in a tent in G,aza, after fleeing our home. There is no hospital to take him to ,they are destroyed or overwhelmed. There is no pharmacy to get medicine , shelves are empty. There is no clean water, no healthy food. Just heat, dust, and silence.

Abdulrahman is running a high fever. He has a condition that requires daily care, clean water, proper food, and medicine. We have none of that. Sometimes I find myself trying to cool him down by fanning him with cardboard or wiping his face with a damp cloth , the only comfort I can give.

The summer heat inside this tent is unbearable. The flies, the smell, the lack of hygiene , it's a place no sick child should ever be in.

He’s losing weight. He cries at night because of pain. 💔😔

I am his mother . I should protect him. I should be able to take him to a doctor, to give him medicine, to help him sleep peacefully. But here, in Gaza, I can’t even promise him clean water or a safe place to rest.

We don't want pity. We just want the world to see. To know. To speak up. To remember that behind every number on the news, there’s a child like Abdulrahman. A child who wants to live. A child who deserves to live.

Please, if you’re watching this: share it. Talk about it. Don’t let this become normal..

Don’t let his story end here.
