Anyone with Facebook can post on a page for me requesting TNR help?

Hi everyone, is there anyone with Facebook who could help post something onto this page listed below? I don't have Facebook and I am not interested in joining. The town has a TNR program and uses this group. I was told to post on the page asking for help. Thank you!

I was driving down Outwater Lane and I heard a kitten meowing very loudly near the corner with Harrison Avenue. I pulled over and saw a kitten jump from the front steps of 599 Harrison Ave into the bushes. A little girl then came out and I asked her if there were a lot of cats around. She said yes. She said she leaves food and water for them. I asked her what town it was because I wasn't sure. She said Garfield. I told her I thought the town still had a TNR program and the town could spay/neuter/vaccinate the cats for free. She didn't seem interested or maybe she didnt understand, but she was also just a child. Adults stood in the doorway saying nothing. I am not sure they spoke English. Can anyone from GARF educate them on spay/neuter and hopefully do some TNR there?
