Gold ring

Looking to sell this ring I got at an estate sale. I think it's 14k. I'd probably just send it to an online gold dealer but it has a little diamond in it so not sure what to do. Any recommendations on a good site to send it to that will give me a better price than the local pawn shop. Also thinking about putting it on eBay but I don't know how to list it. When I don't know the carat of the diamond or if the diamonds real. Thanks
