200 ping on fiber internet. Why??

Frontier even sent me a new modem in case it was that. Speed tests on my Switch are 80-90Mbps. I've had zero issues with this switch and Internet for over a year. Suddenly, three weeks ago it all took a turn. I've tried all the troubleshooting crap I can find online for Switch and modem settings. Nothing has helped. I'm at a loss.

Any ideas?
