Leaving Apple Behind for Pixel 9 Pro?

Hey fellas. So my iPhone died on me last night and to repair it will cost more than what the phone is worth. Ive been thinking about transition to the pixel lineup for a while now and i think its finally time. While i was shopping around online, I saw that my local best buy has a Pixel 9 Pro (Open Box - Listed as "Excellent Condition) for $520. What do you guys think? Is this a fair price? I cant wait for the 10 to come out, i need a phone ASAP to communicate with family and for work purposes.
