How do you export your downloaded texture packs?

I searched through google, yt and reddit subforums and its just about exporting worlds but is there any way to export your mcpacks/mcaddons in mcpe? I'm planning to transfer my stuff to the newer version (1.21.100) and it's patched caused my device can't support vibrant visuals so I have to use some shaders I found. When I go through the data in the file manager, the resource and behaviors packs present as folders. I saw that you can compress these into zips for mcworlds so does this do the same thing? I can't find any tutorial to guarantee and Im not sure if its safe. ( I haven't played mc in years, just came back and forgot)
