Moving my OS from HDD to SSD

Hi, Currently I have windows 10 on my HDD. I have a SSD installed and would like to install my windows 11 on that and move that direction.

1 problem I am currently having is in order to install 11 i need secure boot. I don't know how to activate that as my bios is set to legacy and the hdd is set to MBR both things I believe make secure boot impossible . (SSD is already in GPT mode)

Any guidance from someone who is better at this kind of thing?
