Any idea on dresses that will fit women from size 4 to size 24?

One of my fiancé’s bridesmaids is tiny, one is average size, one is bigger than average size and one is much bigger than average size, and the dresses that fit the smaller and average one are too big in the shoulders when it fits the belly of the two largest women. My fiancé wants all the dresses to match and is very specific about the rust color she wants and it’s seeming impossible and she’s very stressed about it.
