"Witches" in the dome area?

Hey did anyone else notice some chicks kinda dressed up as witches? I think they were doing some type of skit like how they had some other skits like rolling dice in the forest (which was magical) one had like a white eye. Kinda wanna know what type of show was going on. It was in the dome area near the fire stage where they have like the ball of fire keeping everyone warm
