Hiking near Rochester MN, similar to Dakota trail at Whitewater State Park

Living in Rochester, my fave hike so far is the Dakota trail at Whitewater State Park. Love the vibe of the elevation change and woodsy-ness of the trail. Does anyone have a good rec similar in the area? Further away in the true driftless region would be fine. Just looking to explore other areas.
