Any thoughts or advice on this situation?

Hey all. Me and this guy were romantically involved for a while but we stoppped and ever since he’s message me back sporadically. I noticed during that time though he was consistently liking his ex’s photos, bikini photos etc. One week we were talking spicy talking and I had asked him if he had ever done this thing with a girl and if it was a girl near him since he always dates girls so far from him haha, he goes yes it was awhile ago. That week he removed his likes off his exs photos and unfollowed etc. not sure who did it first but they were all gone, just thought this was interesting timing 🤨
