Need help picking a PMS system for an independent motel - Website integration is a MUST

Hello everyone

My dad is currently franchising an OYO motel and will be going independent in the next few months. We need help picking a PMS system that integrates into a custom built website.

We have not built a website yet, but the idea is we will hire someone to build out a website from scratch. Once the website is built, we would like to integrate the PMS system into the website so customers can book rooms based on available inventory.

The PMS systems below are systems we have researched.

Can someone please recommend a PMS system that allows for a simple website integration for customers to book rooms? Additionally, do you have any suggestions / advice for hiring someone to build out a website for us?
