Ovarian cyst pain

Hi everyone! I (31f) get ovarian cysts pretty regularly since I’ve gotten my Nexplanon taken out about 2 years ago. I’m not on the Kyleena IUD. I’ve been cramping for the past few days, and today I’ve had a pain starting from my right hip and radiating up towards my belly button. I’d say on a 1-10 scale, it’s like a 3. More discomfort than actual pain. I’ve been constipated and nauseous. No bleeding or anything. Is this common with cysts? I also have pretty crazy health anxiety so of course I’m thinking it’s appendicitis (lol) thanks in advance!
