Local Coffee Roasters?

Looking for suggestions on people's favorite roast coffee! My wife and I love going to Steel City, Pickering Coffee House, and Ebru every so often- I'd like to surprise her by starting to stock our home with local beans for daily use.

Would love to hear everyone's favorites! I know not every cafe roasts/sells their own but I certainly don't want to miss out if there are less known places worth buying from!
