We are truly lucky in Australia with the options we have when it comes to cuisine from around the world and this is only amplified by our great local produce.

Last night I went to a night market and the variety of food stalls from different cultures was absolutely amazing to see. From Asian, South American, Middle Eastern, European, US and Mediterranean there was definitely no shortage of choice for savoury or sweet, hot or cold, vegetarian or otherwise.
