Siege will not open

I was going to play some Siege, and when I went to open it, it never got to the optimization. It never crashed, just stayed stuck on the loading screen without the optimization text ever popping up in the corner. I've re-installed it, restarted my computer, and verified the integrity of the game files. None of it worked, so what else can I do?
