Simple Practice Telehealth causes my Fios router to crash

Has anyone experienced this?? My Fios internet is completely stable except when I am on a video call through simple practice. At some point every hour the router fully resets itself and drops the session. It does not do this any other time (e.g. our TV is through the internet and it has never once been interrupted)

I have tried two different laptops, a WiFi extender, and reset the router. This does not happen in my office where I also have Fios internet but a non Verizon router.
