Anal fissures on and off no bleeding though

I have been getting fissures on and off not regularly thank god. Each time I go to see my colorectal surgeon it’s fully healed. I’ve had many EUA under anesthetic and is clear at those times. We have spoken about getting anal Botox? Has anyone had that and if so what should I expect? Also when I get a tear I have no bleeding at all. Is that normal for anal fissures? From what I understand is people bleed from tears. I’m so confused cause I eat so healthy and lots of fibre. My stool is very large though when I pass BM. Can too much Fibre be the cause of it?
