Threw up because I did not eat anything all day around two weeks ago and haven't felt the same since.

20 AFAB, 5'5", ~150lbs, white. My only medication is one pump of androgel 1% applied daily, I don't use any substances or smoke, and have no pre-existing conditions unless you'd say being trans is condition (hence the androgel)!

Context: On August 2nd, I was working an event all day and wasn't able to grab any food for around 14 hours. I was drinking lots of water throughout the whole day and was well hydrated. Near the end I started feeling nauseous from the lack of food, which is something that happens to me anyways if I am extremely hungry. However, on the way home it got to the point where the nausea was nearly unmanageable and made a normally 10 minute walk into a 30 minute one because I felt like I was going to pass out, something that has not happened before when I've been in this situation before.

Eventually I make it home and try to push through by trying to have have a granola bar in an effort to cure the nausea set off by being hungry, and get two bites in before I do actually throw up. It was very yellow and I was gasping for air very hard during as I basically could not breathe. Afterwards, my stomach hurt but the nausea had calmed a bit, so I had a glass of juice instead of trying food again and went to bed. The next morning and all the days since I've eaten normally and haven't thrown up since.

Complaint: I've had some on and off heartburn, mild indigestion and stomach sensitivity, occasionally the feel of something in my throat and occasional voice hoarseness ever since, none of which occurred before throwing up 2 weeks ago!! It's gradually improved since the day after this happened, but I am worried it triggered me to have GERD or something and I don't know what to do. Should I go to the doctor and get checked out? Thank you for the help!
