Buying steamdeck, ship to PR

Trying to buy a steamdeck but obviously they won't ship to Puerto Rico

I see that on amazon a brand called valve index, but I get the impression that it sells used decks, while I'm trying to get a new deck

Is this the only way i can get a deck shipped here overall? Cause i don't trust much those relay services
