Umbilical Endometriosis

Has anyone had umbilical endometriosis and had their belly button removed? I’m scheduled for a hysterectomy and my surgeon is going to go in and remove endometriosis from my belly button and who knows where else lol. My belly button will definitely be gone. For those in similar situations, how did you deal with no longer having a belly button? I’m scared of losing my belly button but also understand no more bleeding through shirts so yay. Did you suffer from any body dysmorphia? Were you mentally ok after the surgery?
