New Here & Clueless

Still can’t believe I had a HA 2 weeks ago. I’m 40F and relatively healthy lifestyle but had “heartburn” for like 3 weeks then pain started. Vfib right in the ER. 95% blockage due to a tear (SCAD). Any advice?
