Blood in urine

Hello! 29F, I’ve just been tested for infections etc. kidney function appears fine according to blood and urine tests. I am peeing blood. Not 100% of the time but 98%. No STI as been tested for that. Also not pregnant. Sometimes very light spotting but also have seen clots. Been treated with trimethoprim and now ciproflaxcin. Still bleeding. Doctors unsure. no pain when passing urine but pain with intercourse (prior to the bleeding).
