I'm scared of both life and death

I'm 35 years old and just about done with life. I'm severely depressed and just going through the motions.

But here's the thing. I'm also terrified of death. Of no longer existing. It's such an unimaginable thing. Which is so dumb because I won't even know I'm dead.
