Where do I find updates to games

Repackers are nice but they rarely have the latest patch available. sometimes its available on csrinru but even then it's just mainly major updates. From 1337 the only consistent one I see is from the obvious unsafe site so I've just been downloading from there but I'd rather if there was a safe option.

inb4 just don't play latest version. Had to reinstall e33 multiple times due to game breaking bugs due to repacker version being outdated and needed to download multiple update patches for it
