Men: What are the green lights before you shoot your shot?

When you ask a woman for her number, what gives you the green light? Do you usually go for your "league" or shoot higher?

Lately, more random men have been asking for my number or calling me beautiful - but honestly, I don't find them attractive and feel they're below my league.

Now I'm wondering... am I overestimating my own attractiveness? 😂 I 've always thought people generally go for someone they see as equally attractive, so these interactions have me confused.

I know this sounds both conceited and insecure, but with the recent uptick, l'd love some perspective. Thanks for bearing with my curiosity😆

TLDR- More men are approaching me lately, but I don't find them attractive. Do guys know when a woman's out of their league, or do you just shoot your shot anyway?
